Refund

Cougar Cosmetics is committed to offering excellent service and superior products.  We strive to please our customers and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.   We hope you love your new make-up.  However, if for some reason there is a problem with your order, please notify us as quickly as possible within 7 days of receiving your purchase so that we may take the necessary steps to rectify the problem.  (See “Contact Us”).

 

If you change your mind on the product you received from Cougar Cosmetics and provided the product is returned to us within 14 days from your purchase date, completely unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, we are willing to issue you with a full refund, replacement or exchange.

 

Freight is non-refundable and you are responsible for the return freight.

 

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

 

(Please be aware some items are ineligible for return for hygiene reasons.  Please check the list below).

 

– Twenty/Twenty Mascara

– Gloss Over Lip Gloss

– Brushes

– Brows Express Brow Gel

 

It is recommended when posting back the products that they are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid any possible postal damage.  Regrettably we will be unable to process an exchange or credit should the goods arrive in an unsatisfactory condition.

 

 

What if the product is faulty or damaged?

 

If your product should arrive damaged or is faulty, Cougar Cosmetics are of course most apologetic.  In this instance we will provide an immediate replacement.  Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods so we can move quickly to resolve this for you.  Please retain the shipping box and packing materials and send photos of the damaged goods and its shipping box and packing materials and email to us at Deborah@cougarcosmetics.com.au.  Our customer service team will contact you to rectify this matter.

 

 

What if the product is not what I ordered?

 

In the case of an incorrect product or incorrect colour of a product being sent in your order, please notify Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.  Please do not open or attempt to use the incorrect item.  Incorrect items that have been sent in error and have been used or tampered with will be deemed to be acceptance as a satisfactory substitute and no further claim can be made and will render the product non-refundable.
